Does Sunset Cliff Margaritas provide the alcohol?
No. All our mix concentrates contain NO alcohol. It is your responsibility to provide all alcohol as needed. We can prepare the mix for you, just have the alcohol at the delivery location upon our arrival.
How many mixes will I need?
Each one of our frozen mix concentrates yield 5 gallons (75 nine-ounce servings). Approximate yield is to purchase a mix for every 20 to 25 drinking guests (3 drinks per person).
Can I use my own MIX?
Please don’t! Our mix is made for our machines. Other mixes can damage our machines. Our concentrated mix is mad with real cane sugar
What can I expect with my rental?
Rental price includes one mix, one mixing jug, 75 cups, 75 straws, cart with locking wheels, & heavy-duty extension cord. Double machine includes the same X2.
Do your machines make nonalcoholic drinks or slushies?
Yes! Frozen slushies are a hit at any party!
How much ice do I need to provide?
No ice is necessary. The machines freeze the product.
Can I have more than one mix?
Yes, an additional mix is $25.
What type of electrical requirements are needed?
Our machine requires a minimum 15-amp outlet plug dedicated circuit. The machine needs to be plugged directly into a 110v outlet. We are NOT responsible for blown circuits. If the circuit is blowing when you turn the machine on there is either an overload on the circuit or the circuit is not big enough. We will provide heavy duty extension cord to be used especially for the machine.
What is the drop off and pick up policy?
Sunset Cliff Margaritas will call and/or text you the day before your reservation and give you a two-hour range for your delivery time (making sure we allow time for the machine to be set up and frozen by your scheduled party time). Upon delivery we will schedule pickup for the next day.
How long does the machine take to make the Margaritas?
The machine can take up to 2 hours to freeze your mix and alcohol.
